Updates

Retroactive

On 10 November, 2025, between 07:25 – 13:17 UTC, a recent background feature update in one of our services led to higher memory usage than expected. While functional testing validated correctness and stability, memory consumption under production load was underestimated and when the service exceeded its allowed memory limit, it automatically restarted, which caused temporary interruptions for provisioning requests.

During this period, users may have experienced difficulty complete any purchase or action than required any kind of service provisioning. Service was fully restored at 13:17 UTC, and since then all systems are operating normally.

Impact

  • Some customers experienced temporary provisioning failures or delays.
  • No data was lost.
  • All affected operations completed successfully once the issue was fixed.
  • The issue was resolved by our staff within 5h 52m

What We’re Doing Next
To prevent this from happening again, we are are going to:

  • Adding better monitoring to detect similar issues early.
  • Running more extensive performance tests before future releases.

Current Status
The issue has been fully resolved, and the service has been running normally since the fix.

We apologize for the inconvenience this caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
