Provisioning Services Failures
Updates
On 07 December 2025 14:30 UTC, we deployed an update designed to improve how our system prioritizes customer-initiated provisioning actions—such as new purchases, subscription changes, and other service modifications—during periods of high system activity.
After deployment, the update did not behave as expected in our Production environment. Instead of improving processing times, it caused unexpected delays for many customers attempting to complete these provisioning actions.
Due to the impact, the fix was rolled back from Production at 08 December 2025 10:00 UTC for further analysis.
Impact
You may have experienced issues during:
- New service or product activations
- Subscription or license changes
- Other provisioning steps triggered directly from your account
No data or configuration integrity issues occurred; the impact was limited to provisioning actions processing.
What We’re Doing Next
Our team is reassessing and improving the update to ensure it works correctly before reintroducing it. We are also enhancing our testing and monitoring processes to prevent similar issues in the future.
Current Status
The system is fully operational, and provisioning times have returned to normal. We continue to monitor performance closely.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
